How-To Host Your Own TEDxYYC Live Stream Party!

On Friday, May 25th there will be live stream viewing opportunities for you to experience TEDxYYC 2012. Come together with others who are passionate about connectivity and community, and participate in the discussion about ideas worth sharing from the conference. Don’t know of any TEDxYYC live stream parties near you? Then host a live streaming party of your own! It’s really simple, just follow these steps:

Part 1 – Invite your TEDxYYC party people!

1. Download the TEDxYYC live stream package.
2. Print off the posters, schedule and logos.
3. Hand out to friends and awesome co-workers.
4. Tell them how awesome and engaging it’s going to be.

Part 2. – The setup

1. “Borrow” your company’s boardroom or your living room TV.
2. Connect computer to TV/projector.
3. Navigate to TEDxYYC.com on May 25th, 2012
4. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
