Feb 10, 2014

Mark your calendars and take advantage of Early Bird ticket prices,  just in time for Christmas gift giving!… The 6th annual TEDxYYC promises to be the best yet!

Calgary, AB.  On behalf of the 2015 TEDxYYC organizing committee, we bring you official news about TEDxYYC 2015 event.

The 6th Annual TEDxYYC returns to the Jack Singer Concert Hall at Arts Commons (formally the Epcor Centre) on Friday, June 26, 2015.  This one-of-a-kind day promises showcases some of today’s most creative thinkers and doers in the areas of Technology, Entertainment and design. Speakers will take the stage to share ideas meant to stir creativity, challenge thinking, and spark discussion.

This engaging event brings together like-minded individuals – both speakers and audience. Collectively, we create an inspirational space where new ideas will take root, where discussion will be sparked, where community will be strengthened and where the future lives.

Between 2010 and 2014, TEDxYYC Talks have been viewed more than 1.2 million times by idea-sharing enthusiasts across the globe. From the starting point 6 years ago, our event continues to grow. TEDxYYC 2014  was the best-attended and most talked-about yet, with game-changing concepts delivered by some of the world’s most influential innovators.

Since the conclusion of last year’s event, the 2014 organizing committee has been hard at work, aiming to once again gather a collection of the foremost experts on sustainability, education, technology, arts and culture, to promote conversation, action and cooperation in our community.

Please see the ticket page for pricing and ticket information. A limited number of Early Bird tickets are on sale now!

Stay tuned to find out who’s on our illustrious list of speakers for 2015, as we begin to announce them in the weeks ahead!
