Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

Mar 1, 2010

Thanks again to everyone who participated in TEDxYYC on Friday! We had 100 people in attendance and over 700 people watching the live stream. Of course we couldn’t have done it without our amazing sponsors. A special thanks goes out to 6 Degrees, artsScene, Business for the Arts, Big Rock Brewery, bnetTV.com, Calgary Arts Development, chaordix, Community Natural Foods, Earth Distributors, experiential events, Hotel Arts, Graffiti, Jacket, Karo, Manson Haste, RGO, and Steelcase. Thank you so much for all of your support!

If you are interested, another local committee is hosting the next event, TEDxCalgary, on Thursday April 29th. You can apply on their website if you would like to attend. There are also Pecha Kucha nights in Calgary ever so often, so watch for those as well.

We also wanted to share some of the talks from TEDxYYC and videos that we played from the TED archive (embedded below).
