TEDxYYC 2021 Reimagine: Yoga and Meditation Event

Join TEDxYYC for a complimentary yoga and guided meditation on Sunday, June 20 at 2:00-3:00pm. We’ll be at the ContainR park at Sunnyside, register for this free event (link below). This year’s TEDxYYC theme is REIMAGINE, the meditation will take you through a journey of self-reflection and reimagination. Meet Anne Harding, our meditation guide. Anne is a lifelong Calgarian who is committed to building a world in which everyone is valued for the feelings they experience, the ancestors that came before them, and the ideas they bring to cultivate better communities for us all.

Matthew Kelemen

Meet Matthew Kelemen, our yoga instructor. Matthew enjoys sharing a sequence of beautiful movement and breath with yogis of all levels. He has taught at Yoga & Beyond, Junction 9 and WildHeart Studio.
